2.2 Additional Services
We may offer additional services such as estate clearance, commercial clearance, and foreclosure clearance. These services are subject to separate agreements and may incur additional charges.
3. Booking and Confirmation
To book our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the type and volume of items to be cleared. Upon receipt of booking details, we will confirm the appointment via email or phone.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on the volume of items, complexity of the clearance, and any additional services requested. All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change based on the final assessment.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Late Payments
For late payments, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount may be applied for each month overdue.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.
6. Liability

While we strive to handle all items with care, our liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the clearance services.
6.2 Insurance
Our company maintains insurance coverage for potential damages during the clearance process. Clients are encouraged to verify the scope of our insurance coverage prior to engagement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all items to be cleared are accessible and ready for removal on the scheduled date. Any delays caused by inaccessible items may result in additional charges.
8. Environmental Policy
We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. Usable items will be donated to local charities, and recyclable materials will be processed accordingly. Hazardous materials must be declared in advance and will be handled in compliance with local regulations.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking and service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and House Clearance Balham and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
